Its own rotation speed is fixed, and it can cooperate with the robot to rotate the workpiece at a certain angle according to the pre programmed program.
At the same time, there is also the head frame welding positioner. Unlike the rotating platform, its rotating shaft is horizontal, which is suitable for loading short and small workpieces. It can cooperate with the robot to turn the workpiece joint to the position suitable for welding. In general, the head frame of the welding positioner is equipped with a driving mechanism to drive the chuck to rotate around the horizontal axis, while the tail frame is passive. If the length of the workpiece is large or the rigidity is small, the driving mechanism can be installed on the tailstock and start synchronously with the headstock.
Now that there is a single axis positioner, there must be a double axis positioner, such as a pedestal welding positioner, which can rotate and turn the workpiece at the same time. When the robot is used together, the rotating axis and the turning axis are driven by the motor, which can rotate and turn respectively or simultaneously according to the instructions. It is suitable for the workpiece with complex three-dimensional weld layout structure.
There is also the L-shaped positioner, that is, on the basis of the two-axis, the cantilever moves up and down the axis, becoming a structural form of the three-axis L-shaped positioner. It is characterized by a large turning space, which is suitable for welding frame members with a large overall dimension and a weight of no more than 5 tons.
In addition, there are double head frame welding positioner, double seat welding positioner and combined multi axis welding positioner, which have their own characteristics in terms of structure and function.
